Olivia Devorah leads you through all the tips and tricks for Sefaria! From the history of different forms of Jewish text transmission, to mastering the Sefaria sidebar and search, to making the best source sheets, this training will be fun, interactive and in-depth. If you're one of the millions of Jews who use Sefaria for your learning, this class is indispensable.

Olivia Devorah Tucker (they/them) is an aspiring Jewish Demonologist, Talmud educator, theatre collaborator, and challah sculptor. They have been published in Kenden Alfond’s “Feeding Women of the Talmud, Feeding Ourselves” and performed as dramaturg/meturgemon for Ella-Gabriel Mason’s “Queer Jewish: Dancing In Diaspora.” They serve as Interim Alumni and Partnerships Associate for SVARA: A Traditionally Radical Yeshiva, and co-op member of The Glitterbox Theater in their home of Pittsburgh, PA (Shawnee & Haudenosaunee land). Olivia puts the femme in ephemera & the trans in translation!

This class will be an experiential lesson, going through examples on Sefaria that'll help you build general sefaria skills. After class, we'll have an optional half hour of Zoom time to hang out with Olivia Devorah, share your Sefaria journeys, and ask questions!
